Yes sadly if history is anything to go by, then the EGM isn't going to be that exciting. Increasing the management options would fall into that category. Unless it's accompanied by a board change and perhaps someone of Sanan's chosing is joing the BOD.

Something about the recent SP rise and subsequent impass at 80c, raises some suspicion for me.
