It is certainly more than just a ratio change to the eye of investors. This is a disaster at this time. There is no reason we couldn't have gotten to a price range required for senior exchanges organically and without any changes to share structure. 

Doing this now while the stock has been running and also during a time where the stock has traditionally done very well in the Jan/Feb months is just plain stupid. Due to the uncertainty on hand now, they have just destroyed our run YET AGAIN as has happened multiple times in the past every time the stock seems to gain some traction. Due to this ridiculous move we may lose a bunch of our value now even before the split and by the time we split have much fewer shares but ALSO see a share price much lower than it should be post-split (as the stock drops before the split). I have seen this happen many times. This is a disaster move at a time like this when there was so much momentum. So disappointing when things were moving in the right direction...
