If we do uplist to the NAS, will we dual list on the TSX?

Not sure they can answer that question, or not until said requirements are met. As evidenced from TM's earlier comment below.

There is a specific rule in the Ontario Securities Act (Section 33) that prohibits issuers from commenting on any matters related to an application to an exchange, unless certain requirements are met.
