Internally, I'll wager the R/S talk started to become a serious discussion when the $.75 cent warrants didn't get into the money despite two pretty substantive news releases.  That's when they realized how hamstrung they were.  

 

POET Leadership understands the limitations of junior boards.  This doesn't mean they'll pull the R/S trigger right away,  but they'd love to have it in their back pocket in case the NEXT big news events don't "move the meter".   (Once bitten...)
