What if they are planning to float Superphotonics on the HK/singapore exchange.  It would have to be a single entity separate from POET and perhaps some of our shares will be transferred over as part of an initial IPO.

I'm really just thinking out loud.  I have no idea if that's even possible, certainly not without a vote.  Maybe that'll be another agenda item for the EGM.  There has to be a decent chance that SuPh will trade on an exchange at some point.

Whatever is going on has clearly caused yesterdays spike.  I'm guessing we get clarification on Monday. For now lets just enjoy the ride over the weekend.  It was 19th July 2016 that we last sat at $0.95.
