Definitely want Poet to  get on Nasdaq as soon as possible.I have no big problem wth a split just large enough to get us the listing requirements.But what i would like to see included as a caveat of our vote is a lockout of 3 months after listing on Nasdaq before doing any equity raise.This would allow the Nasdaq masses of new investors to push up our share price before a raise which would limit our dillution..i think that would be a win ,win situation.
