We needed  the money.  We went to him to beg for help , as a result it seems he got the better of the deal in the present but in time our management hopes that this short term pain will give us the leverage to give us long term gain. It is a necessary evil of expansion. This too shall pass. If we are successful on the NASDAQ we will the last laugh.
