I have ZERO issues with this private raise.

Legals and costs to get on the Nasdaq are probably in the millions of dollars - the effort needed internally and externally is, I'm sure, daunting and expensive.

This new money allows them to continue to operate and grow as planned, and not let the strain of extra legal fees and listing costs weigh them down.
