Congrats on a well written first post. There are two schools of thought on the board. One, like you have stated, is that if managment want to RS to uplist then they should know best. Trust them. Many of our problems come from being on the Venture exchange and we can put that in the rearview mirror.

The other group feels that a RS always leaves a bad taste in investors mouths and the "rush" is not letting news releases, which have become more frequent, take their effect. Look at how the price has started to rise over the past few weeks. Why not grow more slowly, but "organically"?
