This is the first time in Poet's history that their annual financials have been filed 90 days after year end. TSX Venture companies have 120 days after their year end to file the annuals.

However TSX listed companies need to file annuals 90 days after year-end. Poet seems to be sending a message that they are ready to meet the TSX listing requirements. Also the fact they stated their cash position as of today is important as the TSX requires their companies to have at least 12 months of operational. Cash.
