I was really impressed with Suresh. He definitely has what it takes to represent this company in a very sophisticated way. Very well done. I certainly am happy that Adrian hooked up with the company...as I told TM, Adrian is a good guy! Very straight shooter and good at reading this company and the people in it. 

The more we learn the better it looks! I am simply blown away by what this small company has achieved. How many new products and new applications will be enabled by the optical interposer? It is a step change in optical integration.
