#1 management action seemed to blunt Poet’s momentum

#2 sent SP sliding downward (sad, yet true)

#3 a puzzling action to most shareholders (even if Kalle tried to explain)

#4 made management look naïve to potential investors beyond this board

#5 Seemingly, the only thing good in this recent action was I picked up some very cheap shares today.
