Especially when they happen after the market close!

At least Mr. Litwin's comments seemed to indicate that there was nothing happening at POET that prompted his decision...yet....like the management share sale, it leaves some stockholders with an uneasy feeling.

But why do I get the feeling that maybe there's "another shoe to drop"....?
