Lots of people, and groups of traders made huge money in marijuana legalisation and/or crypto and now consider themselves "funds." Not sure how much I care to know the definition as long as more people find out about PTK and buy up as much stock as possible. Twitter and discord are both endless bank accounts if you find the right audiences.
