To me, this is a clear example of the confusion that arises for investors when a fluff IR firm or person writes an NR about a complex technical milestone that they do not understand.

To quote Suan Barron " these strange people, speaking in a language I barely understand" 

Look at the way such imprecise wording, that this news release contained, has affected shareholders, even those with technical experience. Such an important milestone begs a more precise, clear presentation with timelines and references to make it less likely to produce unnecessary confusion.
