Yes, Tom Mika did say in a podcast that Poet from that time around to about September that they would try to come up with wording about design wins. I think he mentioned something about an ongoing spectrum of activiies with each customer and what would be considered a "design win".

In my opinion, since Poet has already been working with clients a few years with OI and their customers' products, are not any of those steps along that spectrum inherently implying design wins already?
