And how come Rockley was allowed to reveal Apple's name in a PR or in a presentation and Poet cannot reveal its N-A Tier1 partner? As per TM, when there is a big difference in the size of 2 partners, the small one can't use the name of the large one to promote its stock

So do you honestly believe management are deliberately withholding the name of their partners? For what reason would they do that and would it be legal? Or perhaps you believe they are completely lying and don't have any engagement with a tier 1 partner?
