Per the court in the US, a design win happens when the customer signs off for production on their side. This means that our product are locked-in, that's when we can announce the win imo. Until then parts can still get swapped out if they don't meet the specs. Management indicated that they have every confidence in meeting those specs, but we can't pop the champagne until those wins drop.
