AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: How moving to the Nas might work

As regards the insider sell off: I feel they probably did it at a good time.

If they sold at 90 cents to a 1 dollar where would we be now.

Also that may have been the only time there was no trade blackouts.

Whatever there reason for doing so, is their business, unless they knew something about the Company that the public didn't know.

With the positive progress as per timely news releases, POET is still moving in a positive direction. These fantastic news items came out after the insiders sold their shares so it appears that nothing unscrupulous has occurred.

As more news comes out, and with Adrian's promise of more targeted exposure there really is no way to go but up. Just how high will POET go before going up to the Nasdaq. Here is my guess below.

I feel that a 4 to 1 or 5 to 1 consolidation would be very healthy for this stock and get it to the Nasdaq. For that to happen we would need between $1.50 - $2.50 US share price before we consolidated. That would leave us with 72 million to 90 million shares with a $7.50 to $10.00 per share value.

   IMO
