I'm a shareholder, and if I won't believe it until I see it, and I am not holding my breath that I will like what I see... then why would the market think otherwise? 

No reason to get in if you have no idea what the consolidation ratio will be, what will support the push to NAS, etc. 

I for one do not feel roses and sunshine about this investment ATM.
