We're all frustratied with sp --- including mgt. It's possible IBK or like are holding sp down at the request of mgt. Setting the table 'to justify to shareholder base' a 10 to 1 consolidation. Less shares on the market. Less manipulation. Eventually, more tightly held. Sp reacts in accordance to growth...not in accordance to shorting.

Over time, this would effectively correct/erase the 2016 financing.

I realize consolidation is not a function of sp. But justifying 10 to 1 to shareholders might be mgt's end game.
