I think the selling conditions are pretty clear.  We're being gouged everywhere, inflation is historic, interest rates are squeezing over-leveraged home owners, and many people had their work lives disrupted by the government's response to a pandemic.  Add a market correction, and gloomy forecasts etc...we can't be surprised.  It's not always strictly a POET fatigue issue.
