i think the time has arrived that we stop criticizing Tom and start supporting him. Whether we like it or not our success is tied to Thomas Mika's success. We now have developed a symbiotic relationship with Thomas Mika. We need Thomas to do good work so that Poet makes money and we the shareholders make money.

The way that Tom has handled his relationship with Suresh is commendable. Many others have tried and failed Steve Wozniak and Steve Jobs, Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis to name a few. I say lets support Tom give him the tools to do his best, again if he succeeds we make money.
