We are growing fast with little staff and little money, I think a dose of support would be much better than criticism and back stabbing. Ultimately, everyone associated with Poet wants Poet to succeed as I am sure the directors want Poet to succeed. New way of doing things is always hard to incorporate, people are slow to accept change so let's let the directors do their job and hopefully, we will all be winners in the long run.
