So far there are no direct sales from POET to endusers. All have to go through SPX.  There will, however, be a nominal turnover on POET's behalf created by selling "the core of it all" at cost plus to SPX for shelf production and initial sales.  

At least this is my view when harmonizing the reports. All I'm trying to say is: there is no conflict in reporting, just a conflict in hopes by the retail community.

It will come and it's going to be big, but it will have to go its due course.
