Supposedly= The term implies assumption and a doubt of truthfulness, more akin to relating a rumor rather than proven methodology.  You do not have to be a techie to understand the plain and simple descriptions and metrics that POET has provided. The smaller footprint and low cost of wafer level processing are not assumptions they are based on facts.
