I read this as the exchange are announcing that they accept the new terms from POET, as outlined in the Dec NR. There is no change here for us and is not about the acceleration

"Further to the TSX Venture Exchange bulletin dated Feb. 23, 2021, the exchange has consented to the extension of the expiry date and price amendment of the following warrants.

Number of warrants:1,764,720 Original expiry date of warrants:Feb. 11, 2023 New expiry date of warrants:May 11, 2023 Original exercise price of warrants:$11.50 New exercise price of warrants:$4.25....
