AGORACOM NEWS FLASH

Dear Agoracom Family,

I want to thank all of you for your patience with us over the past 48 hours and apologize for what was admittedly a botched launch of our new site.

As you can see, we have reverted back to the previous version of the site while we address multiple forum functionality flaws that inexplicably made their way into the launch.

To this end:

1.We have identified 8 fundamental but easily fixable flaws that will be corrected in the coming week, so that you can continue to use the forums exactly as you've been accustomed to.

2.Additionally we will also be implementing a couple of design improvements to "tighten up" the look and feel of the forums.

Have a great Sunday, especially those of you like me that are celebrating Orthodox Easter ... As well as those of you who are also like me and mourning another Maple Leafs Game 7 exit ... Ugggh!

Sincerely,

George et al

Message: Simple Math.....one more month before the floodgates IMO

Like most here, I've been invested in PTK for far too long. Though I don't post as often as most, I always read opinions here.....and mine as of today is the following:

I expected pressure on the stock leading up to OFC given overhang of warrants. With ~16 trading days left to March 10th, even if only half outstanding warrants require liquidity by means of selling stock to execute this represents ~40,000 shares/day. While this might not be the case if investors are large and have financial means elsewhere, the opposite could also be true with a higher number of shares stressing pricing; or with the bulk of those shares being sold this week and next vs. waiting until the last minute to exercise to account for system frictions when exercising those warrants. The bottom line is we don't know which exact scenario will play out.

What I also beleive is this, resent stock pressure isn't a consequence of panic selling. There are too many positives upcoming/previously released for this to be the case. Come March and beyond we will be further financially sound as an organization (PTK that is), closer to commercialization, and once again IMO with further solid news releases outstanding in terms of partnerships etc.

I have never felt more confident than I do today in PTK's future.

Best,

Sandman
