Let's also not forget about the opportunity for SPX to go "public" in China and the potential for POET to benefit from it's investment therein. Once SPX establishes increasing revenue streams their valuation increases and becomes attractive to investors wanting a piece of that company. If POET decides to reduce its position then cash comes to POET without any related dilution. I like that, not sure I'll live to see it but it is a a good thing.
