This could be followed by a JV announcement, and then they may decide to raise the remaining amount on high volume days, let's say 28 million, within a couple of weeks. With this approach, the company can secure a massive pile of cash, and both JVs can help cover their expenses until the ownership quota is achieved. Shorts will be completely destroyed.
