Volume has been higher than typically observed for some time and for some obvious reasons. As we know there is a buy side to every sell.

This recent volume causes me to wonder who is accumulating? I can't reasonably conclude its new retail, so what gives? I have some thoughts but welcome anyone else who might have a theory.
