Aiming to become the global leader in chip-scale photonic solutions by deploying Optical Interposer technology to enable the seamless integration of electronics and photonics for a broad range of vertical market applications
The answer to number 1 is pretty easy. Management already stated that some members of their team were interested in being a part of the offering. And if you were management, would you buy 1 share for $1.68 Canadian, or buy 1 share and 1 warrant for what is probably going to be around $1.50 Canadian? And considering the LIFE raise in Canada, I can't figure out why anyone would buy shares on the open market. The thing that gives me pause, is why is the offering taking so long to close. MAXIM knows how desperate POET and is, so is probably asking for a big discount. I'm thinkng POET just needs to bite the bullet on this and get it done.
