Yeah Dave it would be nice. However with some very intelligent or creative people all their eggs are in one basic.

After all this time I do not believe Suresh has the interpersonal skills to handle this aspect of running a company.  It takes a unique individual to balance all aspects of building a successful company. 

Maybe it's ego I'm not sure buy one very important pillar to success in a start-up is management.  And they have done poorly. If we do not make it, it will be on that front not the product.
