poetry_n_pain: Is it possible since Maxim would have been aware of the financing early and before us they may have been shorting us for a while and making good money at it...from $4 level down to dollar range while waiting for their shares tru the placement to cover their short.So its possible that Maxim has no risk and NO shares to get rid of...yet they would be sitting on a bunch of free warrants ....possible or not ?

Good point, might well be. If this is the case, the only question that remains is what the fair share price is in the light of the increased financial risk and the still low or even reduced technical risk.
