The only revenue POET receives from SPX are the interposer sales.  However, the sales from SPX does positively impact the value of POET.  The report continues to say: "The value of POET would then be both that of a company generating $10 million in sales and 80% of a company generating $30 million in revenues." But in terms of money in the coffers, that only comes from the initial interposer sales.
