So, as Nodrog mentioned: Michel Lipson will no longer be part of the Board of Directors! That's really a shame. And we know, that Peter Charbonneau stepped down for personal reasons (just in march Michal Lipson had been appointed to the vacancy in the Audit Committee left by Charbonneau). To add to this ... we know, that Vivek Rajgarhia isn't our President & General Manager anymore - and he has not been replaced, as far as we know.
