Kath you always have such reasoned posts to add here.  I just hope someday management understands the company-investor relationship is a two-way street.  As investors we have no inherent obligation to the company, however the company does have inherent obligations to the investors.  That's the implied agreeement for investors putting their capital on the line.  I have nothing but admiration and respect for their herculean efforts, however if they insist on dismissing governance standards for a public company then the "risk" being discussed today is squarely on them.
