There was a page in the HIR that had a title stating that photonics is the most important part for 5G. That being said, then that would imply that telcos would be interested in the OI from Poet. China wants to lead in 5G, so DL Shanghai makes sense as this builds out. Suresh has already generally mentioned about the adoption by telcos and 5G in some forward looking aspects within its own NRs over the past few years.
