I found this bit interesting "MACOM cites the ban on sales to Huawei for the anticipated shortfall, alongside fewer shipments to certain distribution channel partners."

POET is I think has structured in such a way (a Canadian company with operations in Singapore) so as to escape the restrictions of doing business with Chinese companies (I know that this was one of Suresh's goals). In other words POET is well positioned to pickup business in China that others are restricted by.
