Baba, who would take over Poet in this climate?  We are basically unknown, and up to now largely unknowable—except through this board.  It’s only long-term shareholders (keepers of the faith) that consider Poet a viable concern.

What do we have to suggest ourselves to a takeover entity?  We have very poor shareholder communications, an underperforming past & present SP performance, no real revenue, and no proven product (yet).  Considering that we don’t even have single known client (yet), the many members of this board have an exaggerated opinion of Poet’s current worth.

IMO, I can only hope this market chaos offers us protection from such potential untoward events as a takeover.  A takeover, hostile or otherwise would offer a slim reward (if any) to shareholders...  TMI
