Would you be surprised to find out that COVID-19 was seeded by Certain citizens within the U.S., at the behest of a Certain government?  The two big US domestic couriers, FedEx and UPS, are also popular choices for Certain-US deliveries to send the product.  Possibly they screwed up, and let it loose on themselves first.  Possibly that was intentional to provide cover for themselves. Knowing what you know of them, and what their goals are, how hard would this be for them to actually do something like this?  Control of antibiotic supply.  Control of masks, gowns, and gloves, and then seeding the actual target.  Stuff of a novel, or a novel virus?
