I was researching this one so I will leave my notes.

-Pacific Rim Mining Corp. (TSX:PMU) is trimming its executive ranks in response to ongoing delays in obtaining environmental and mining permits for the El Dorado gold and silver project in El Salvador, as well as difficult market conditions.

I am not very good at reading reports but I did not see any earnings for this company, so I am assuming that their El Salvador project is it. So I will keep watching and waiting for some news about permitting. Maybe buying a few thousand shares @ .12 would not be a bad idea, but the above mentioned credit crisis and socialist trends in cent/south America might squash this lower.
