Wouldn't starting a quarterly dividend be a great way to return value to shareholders? POE has no debt, lots of cash in the bank and expanding revenues. Maybe start at a modest 5 cents and increase a penny a quarter until it begins to look burdensome. Someone who loaded up at these prices could have great income for years to come.
