André Proulx, M.A. President & CEO

Mr. Proulx graduated from Laval University in 1974 with a master’s degree in Ethnology. He has over 13 years of experience in the management of companies involved in mineral exploration. He is a director, President and CEO of three public resource companies: Ressources Appalaches Inc (TSXV – APP) since 1994, Pétrolia (TSXV – PEA) since 2002, and Exploration Puma (TSXV – PUM) since 2003. Mr. Proulx was president of Géominex, a consulting firm in the mineral exploration sector, from 1994-2000.

Albert Wildgen, Director

Mr. Wildgen graduated from Université de Paris I, Panthéon-Sorbonne in 1976 with a degree in law, and was called to the Barreau des Avocats in Luxembourg in 1977. In 1980 he joined the law firm of Mr. Victor Bodson, a former Luxembourg Minister and Member of the European Commission in Brussels. He was Associate Director of Wildgen & Partners, one of the largest business law firms in Luxembourg. Mr. Wildgen currently sits on the board of directors of a number of holding companies and multinational finance companies and banking groups.

Arnold Baron, Director, Petroleum Engineering

Mr. Baron graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Petroleum Geology. He is a petroleum and mechanical engineer with worldwide experience in oil and gas production, dating back to 1957. He has acted as a consultant and has held numerous positions in oil and gas production, notably as a drilling supervisor and project manager for companies including Texas Crude Energy, Esso Standard Oil, Cameron, Western Egyptian Petroleum, Agip Denmark, Agip Iberia, and others.

Clément Duchesne, M.S.C., Vice-President Finance and Secretary-Treasurer

Mr. Duchesne graduated from Laval University in 1962 with a master’s degree in Accounting. From 1972 to 1999 he was an associate at Samson Bélair/Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Duchesne is a Director, Vice-President Finance, and Secretary-Treasurer of three public companies: Exploration Puma (TSXV – PUM), Ressources Appalaches Inc (TSXV – APP), and Pétrolia (TSXV – PEA).

Erick Adam, Director, Geophysicist

Erick Adam holds a Ph.D. from École Polytechnique of Montreal, and has been involved in base metals and hydrocarbon exploration for 13 years, most recently as a geophysicist with Hydro-Québec Pétrole et Gaz. He has extensive experience in both onshore and offshore oil and gas exploration, and has participated in several large scale geophysical surveys across Canada.

Richard Boulay, Director, Geologist

Mr. Boulay graduated from Carleton University in 1967 with a degree in Geology, and has 40 years experience in mining exploration and development. He spent 12 years as a finance specialist for Bank of Montreal, Royal Bank of Canada, and Bank of Tokyo focused on large mining infrastructure projects. Mr. Boulay is also President of Marum Resources (TSXV – MMU), and Chief Financial Officer of San Gold Resources (TSXV – SGR).

Saeed Yousef is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, bachelor of economics (2006).

Since 2006, he has been an economic analyst and marketing consultant with Drossbach GmbH in Germany.

Vincent Causseis a graduate of the Institut d’Études Politiques de Grenoble and has a bachelor of mathematics degree (1973).

Since 1978, he has been a management specialist and a consultant for several enterprises: Pilatus Energy AG since 2007; YinPartners since 2004; Eaux Vives from 1999 to 2003; DG&DAF from 1999 to 2001; DRH from 1995 to 2000; IBM from 1990 to 1991; Eurostaf-Dafsa from 1988 to 1991; Caisse nationale de crédit agricole from 1978 to 1984.
