The TSX Venture Exchange has accepted for filing documentation with respect to a non-brokered private placement announced May 22, 2008.

Number of shares: 2.5 million shares

Purchase price: $1 per share

Warrants: 2.5 million share purchase warrants to purchase 2.5 million shares

Warrant exercise price: $1.40 for an 18-month period

Hidden placees: Two
