The 1 dollar plus is all part of the Chinese plan for company's who make the environment better (PTR/EE) are doing that. Also they can negotiate their own price for the gas with Urumgi. (i think they have a gas restriction of 70m3 per person each year and they want more gas in the pipe) This one is cheap folks !!! DD
