Mr. O'Brien is a seasoned businessman and entrepreneur with Bachelor Degree of Computer Engineering from Mc Master University and was enrolled in the MBA program at the University of Toronto. Prior to becoming the Chairman and director of PetroWorth Resources Mr. O'Brien held positions as CEO of Advanced Media Services, Executive Vice President of Wealth Management with Rockwater Capital Inc., President/Vice Chairman of Bay Street Direct Inc., Senior Vice President/Manager of TD Evergreen, Vice president/ Investment Advisor of Merrill Lynch/Dean Witter/Midland Walwyn and Manager with Texas Instruments
Neal Mednick B.A. President, Director
Mr. Mednick is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in issues management and crisis communications. A former journalist and senior speechwriter with Shell Canada Resources Inc., Mr. Mednick was appointed interim President of PetroWorth Resources Inc. in October 2006. Thereafter, he was instrumental in resolving outstanding matters with the Alberta Securities Commission, listing the company on the CNQ and Frankfurt Exchanges, completing a number of private placement financings, and negotiating a farm-in agreement with Corridor Resources Inc. In light of these accomplishments, the PetroWorth board of directors appointed Mr. Mednick as full-time president of the Company in March 2007
Amy Stephenson MBA, CFA-CFO, Director
Mrs. Stephenson has over 20 years experience in financing and management of public companies. Her involvement as a principal and consultant in corporate reorganization, M&A, RTO and financing extends beyond Canada to include the United States, Australia, China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, United Kingdom, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, South Africa, Gabon and Latin America. She is CFO of PetroWorth Resources Inc. from April 2007 to present. She was CFO of GoldQuest Mining Corp., CFO and Corporate Development for Hanfeng Evergreen Inc., Senior Associate of Evans & Evans, Inc., and CFO of Canadian Overseas Exploration Corp. Mrs. Stephenson completed her MBA with a major in Finance at the California State University in 1984 and became a Chartered Financial Analyst in 1991. She was lecturer of the CFA lecture series for the Toronto Society of Financial Analysts for 10 years. She is currently a non-member (Public) Council to the Association of Professional Geoscientists of Ontario (APGO)

Based in Houston, Texas, he has more than 30 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, and currently provides technical and commercial expertise to independently managed funds investing in private and public exploration and production companies.
