Red Lake: Assays are pending, relating to previously announced initial tram related structures. Three (3) drills are currently operating from the tram platform. To date three (3) new mineralized zones have been identified with initial drilling completed on the 1st mineralized zone and drilling underway on the 2nd mineralized zone. Located 1,650 metres (5,400 feet) below surface, the Red Lake Haulage Drift is expected to be completed mid December 2012. The initial exploration program is designed to be completed at centres at approx. 120 metres (400 feet) apart across the joint venture project.

Trans–Canada Project: Assays are pending; Currently drilling and drilling will continue through 2013.

Resource Estimate: expected in the current quarter. The evaluation will include the Hardrock, Brookbank, Key Lake and Kailey deposits. Deposits are being assessed for both underground and open pit potential.

Cove: Nevada: Assays are pending; 3 holes completed and a 4th hole in progress, with continued drilling through 2013. The focus of mineralization expansion is within the deeper host rocks which are mostly untested.
