Upcoming Financing

What is everyone's thoughts on how Pem will go about upcoming financing? They extended their warrants to next month. Do you think they thought the SP would have went up alot more than it did?
or
Do you think they may have something else in the works like a JV which will assist in the SP increase to use the warrant?
The next phase should be exciting just not sure exactly how they will go about it.
The results were very good but the market did not see that which is surprising.
