Possibly all Premium shareholders should read the last Osisko quarterly report which may give reasons that a company which purchased shares in the past backed away from a possible JV with Pem. The current POG and Quebec government have not made it easy for Osisko along with a SP that has dropped like a stone.

These new projects will be developed only if they meet rate-of-return criteria and the Company has the financial capabilities to conduct such expansion. As per the Company’s recent announcement, the budget for exploration will be significantly reduced through the rest of 2013.
